Pre-registration is necessary to complete a reservation and hold rentals and/or instructors’ time for you. The lesson schedule can fill up quickly and your spot will ONLY be reserved for you once paid for in full. We recommend making your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance during the spring and summer seasons.
All refunds will be given as Braaap Buck gift certificates to the park.
They are transferable and may be subject to the following additional charges.
- To re-schedule your reservation, we require at least 3 days notice before the scheduled reservation. Once you have made a reservation you can change the date one time with no additional fees.
- Additional changes to your reservation date or time may be subject to a $25 change fee.
- Cancellations that do not provide 3 days notice prior to the date of the reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation, or no shows, will forfeit the full value of the reservation.
- Covid related cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation will be subject to a $50 change fee, IF we are able to accommodate the reschedule. If the instructor is on route to the park for your reservation or on location at the time of the cancellation, there will be no refund.
